Rifle Care & Maintenance Mini Course

Prepare your rifle for the hunt — and protect it long after the season ends.

Shoot North Idaho’s Rifle Care & Maintenance Mini-Course gives hunters and rifle owners the hands-on training needed to properly clean, care for, and maintain their firearm. In just one hour, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to ensure your rifle performs when it matters most.

This class is led by a U.S. Army 82nd Airborne veteran and NRA Certified Instructor, bringing real-world expertise and professional guidance to every step of the process. Students will work directly on their own rifles under instructor supervision, achieving an armorer’s level of quality and attention to detail.

Every student receives a complete rifle cleaning kit to take home — included in the course fee.

This Course Covers:

• Proper pre-hunt preparation to ensure reliable rifle performance
• Step-by-step instruction for cleaning and maintaining your rifle
• Best practices for post-hunt care and long-term protection
• Hands-on guidance to build lifelong firearm maintenance skills

• Duration: 1 hour (6:00pm – 7:00pm)
• Location: Shoot North Idaho Classroom
• Cost: $50 (includes cleaning kit to keep)
